Brink's: Digital cross-border payments case study | Gresham

Brink's Solutions Nederland (Brink's) required enhanced visibility of its cash payments and positions. However the complexity of the multinational business, and its architecture, made this potentially difficult and costly.

Already a long-standing user of Gresham’s Clareti Control solutions, Brink's chose to deploy Clareti Connect to manage its connectivity challenges and create a Shared Service solution enabling multiple countries to benefit from Clareti solutions.

Results:

• Clareti Connect and Clareti Control were deployed across 10 countries initially,
  with 32 more to follow, via the newly created Shared Service solution.
• XML, CSV and SEPA feeds are handled via data-agnostic technology in one
  solution.
• Faster onboarding of controls, resolution of complex matching issues, and exception management.
